Import data in MySQL

Hi,
I have MS-Access data base (MS-Office 2003). I also have some data in MS-Excel.
I have Natty and MySQL thereon. I have also installed MySQL Workbench. I want to import MS-Access/ MS-Excel data base into MySQL.

How to do this task?

I have no idea what format your current or new database is, so only you can answer the question unless you can provide more information. Take a look at this website which details importing data into MySQL in depth:
