Why is support for radio:// (analog radio) disabled?

It seems to me that compiling the package with DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS="--enable-radio --enable-radio-capture", enables radio:// support without issues.

(You can find diffs and test builds at my PPA https://launchpad.net/~cyfex/+archive/ppa/+builds?build_text=mplayer&build_state=all in case you want to try it out)

Could you please package mplayer with support for analog radio enabled?
