Is mountall ported to systemd for Vivid?

I am currently test driving Ubuntu Vivid with root on zfs, and although the system boots fine not all filesystems are mounted.

Some investigation points out that this process relies heavily on the mountall package. This worked fine in upstart indeed. It seems I do not have a corresponding systemd unit.

I suggest you report a bug. Vivid is not ready and not stable
