That site uses Microsoft Silverlight (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Silverlight). Some Silverlight content can be played with Moonlight, which is available in Ubuntu. To install Moonlight, install the package called moonlight-plugin-mozilla (if you use Firefox) or moonlight-plugin-chromium (if you use Chromium). You can install these packages in the Software Center. If you use another browser, please let us know what browser you use.

After installing the appropriate Moonlight package, you can quit all browser windows, then go back into your browser and see if the site works.
