monotone 0.40 package availability

When will monotone 0.40 be available in the package repository?
It's been available from monotone.ca since April and the current version
in the repository is 0.37.

It's in intrepid, which is an alpha release of upcoming Ubuntu 8.10.

Although definitly not guaranteed to work, you _CAN_ attempt to install the .deb for intrepid, which you can download here:

http://packages.ubuntu.com/intrepid/monotone
