MLton from 2010, not from 2013

The current MLton release is 20130715. Ubuntu gives us 20100608. Shall we get an upgrade sometime?

If there are significant bug and security fixes then yes, otherwise no.

If you report a bug stating what the gains are, then it may get updated sooner. In Ubuntu, packages are not updated just because a newer one is out. This is especially true in the LTS releases.
