Hi, try installing it on console

sudo apt-get install miro

If it didnt work, try using aptitude instead of apt-get to resolve dependencies.

sudo aptitude install miro

apt-geting in terminal also fails. Here are the read outs

Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
miro: Depends: python (< 2.6) but 2.6.1-0ubuntu3 is to be installed
E: Broken packages

you can view all installed files and their paths in Synaptic - search 'miro' and right-click it - Properties - Installed files. I think it would be /usr/bin :)

I understand this is a alpha release, but I would hope that the bug is fixed
by the time it is released
