Possibly bringing in mingw-w64-x86_64-libgnurx

Hello,

Would it be possible to bring in mingw-w64-x86_64-libgnurx or mingw-w64-libsystre?

https://packages.msys2.org/base/mingw-w64-libsystre
https://packages.msys2.org/package/mingw-w64-x86_64-libgnurx?repo=mingw64

Or perhaps add general support for a lot of the packages available in MSYS2?

Ubuntu is copying packages from Debian (to avoid double packaging work), and also the mingw-w64 packages have been managed by Debian. and only copied by Ubuntu.
I assume that such request is better asked in Debian.
