Support for GTK3?

Hello, would it be possible to have a support for GTK3?
Something like this: https://packages.msys2.org/package/mingw-w64-x86_64-gtk3

Right now I am able to cross-compile everything non-GUI specific, but unable to get the GUI app to build for Windows... the only way to do it would be to install MSYS2 in Windows... It would be extremely convenient to be able to build everything under Ubuntu.

Or if you know a process on how to build/generate mingw-w64-x86_64-gtk3 locally, could you let me know?
