help with the MInbar app

Can someone please help with the MInbar app?

When I made an install and clicked on it, it loaded fine the first time. I made changes to time zone, place and clicked 'start minimized'. Boom then it was all gone!

I un-installed it in an attempt to have it come up again and NOT click 'start minimized' - it just doesn't cooperate.

It will work, I can hear it playing Athan at prayer times but all messed up because I had deleted my first settings and removed it.

When I type in Terminal 'minbar' this is what I get:

How can I fix this so it will load like it did on the first install and to have it always show (gui) when clicked on? Please
