missing 'sorting' feature options

When i open my user bugs list page (https://bugs.launchpad.net/~9d9/+bugs?) on that newly fresh install, i have no 'sorting' bug option line displayed like i'm used to get on some other installations (rolled up).

That 'sorting' line usually start by a cog at the biginning and let you select a 'sort' option, which is usefull.
But i cant find how/where to activate that feature; please point me to the right direction.
