KDE 4

This sounds like a stupid question (and it is), but with KDE 4, how do you get widgets on the left side of the task panel instead of the right? With 3.5 it was as easy as clicking and dragging, but I obviously can't get this newer version to do the same thing. Any help would be appreciated.
