how to enable taskbar panel?

By mistake I have deleted task bar Panel in Kubuntu 10.04 which shows clock on it's right hand & applications which are currently running are visible on it, does anybody know how to enable it.

kquitapp plasma; rm $KDEHOME/share/config/plasma-appletsrc

Then press ALT+F2 and run:

plasma

Should now be ok.
