But, when will KDE SC 4.8.3 be available in the official repositories, not only in the kubuntu-ppa? Will these updates come automatically or will I need to use de kubuntu ppa to get them?

You will need to use THE kubuntu (not 'de') PPA to get it right now, it will probably eventually get there but a bug reported will speed the integration.

So, there is no prevision to have the updated version in the official repositories, right? Does that only happen by the time there are enough bug reports? Because, if "4.8.3 updates bring many bugfixes and translation updates on top of the latest edition in the 4.8 series and are recommended updates for everyone running 4.8.2 or earlier versions" (http://www.kde.org/announcements/announce-4.8.3.php), I see no reason for the waiting. I saw that KDE 4.8.3 has already been made available in kubuntu 12.10 official repositories.
