New MEEP release available

Hello,

Meep 1.5 has been released: https://github.com/stevengj/meep/releases

What is the process for getting the package updated?

Note that it depends on libctl 4.1.0, which was also recently released: https://github.com/stevengj/libctl/releases

I suggest you report a bug. If the bug and security fixes are significant then the package will be updated sooner rather than later
