libpdflib804 is "broken" in Precise Penguin

libpdflib804 is missing/broken in Precise Penguin but working in Lucid Lynx.

Just compare the source files sizes and it is obvious something is wrong.

There is already a bug report open, see bug 1089411
Looking at the overview of available packages for the different Ubuntu releases, there seems to be quite something broken with these packages starting with the build for oneiric.

You might mark the bug as 'affects me too' to confirm it.
