Version bumb request

Hey,

after a couple of years it might be time for a version bumb to the 1.0.3 releases for mcabber and 1.5.3 for loudmouth. Any chance of it happening?

If you report a bug and the security and bug fixes are significant then the package will be updated sooner rather than later.

Ubuntu is not a rolling release and packages without issues will be left in favour of stability.
