maven update needed for JDK 16+

Due to changes in the OpenJDK which restrict access to internal classes the maven package on 20.04 LTS is no longer usable with Java versions higher than JDK 15 with maven 3.6.3-1

According to the bug report at Debian https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=980467 this is fixed in 3.6.3-2 and up.

There is already a confirmed bug report. If you can contribute, then please use the bug report. Creating an additional question document does not help.
