Still at 1.1.8? Why not 1.2.3?

Hi all,

Mantis 1.1.8 was release more then a year ago, and there is even a 1.1.9.

Why not 1.2.3?

Log a bug stating what bug fixes the newer version ha nd it may get put in the repo earlier. You could always compile it, make a deb with checkinstall and install the deb

I filed a bug in Debian to have 1.2.x packaged:

Unfortunately, there were some technical hurdles still to be overcome. I hope this can get into Natty and we can backport to Lucid/Maverick.
