* Merge from Debian testing/unstable; remaining changes:
- ptrace.2, prctl.2: document Ubuntu-specific PTRACE_ATTACH,
PR_SET_PTRACER behavior.
- Fix typo in the scanf documentation: use ';' to terminate C code
example line instead of ':'. Bug fixed upstream in 3.36.
