  * debian/patches/skip-failing-packages-tests
    - Skip some package tests that have started to fail after garbage
      collector heap allocation changes:
      + check(12, "MultiprojectiveVarieties") (armhf)
      + check(10, "SpecialFanoFourfolds") (armhf)
      + check(13, "SpecialFanoFourfolds") (armf, i386)
  * debian/patches/libatomic.patch
    - New patch; check if we need to link against -latomic.  This was
      causing build failures on m68k and powerpc.
