Thank you for taking the time to report this issue and helping to improve Ubuntu!
This report was not reported against a specific package. I have assigned it to the Ubuntu installer package now as it seems to be the best guess. Correct it if I am wrong!

I am also confirming this as there are multiple sources requesting that change. Maybe this should also be changed to priority:'wishlist'.
