lyx package

LyX package (v1.6.4) out of date, causing errors.

I had a serious crash when using the LyX document processor. I reported the bug to the LyX developers, who advised me that it was most likely due to the version of LyX (1.6.4), and that Ubuntu should be using the latest (1.6.7 as of 29th Jul 2010).

I was running Karmic Netbook Remix with all packages up to date.

Then might be some ppa are good to include in your sources list file and to update lyx
