LXPanel roject has not been set up to use Launchpad for translation

Why lxpanel does not have any strings to be translated through Launchpad?

There's no lxpanel project registed on Launchpad, maybe this proyect use other way to be develop, that's why you can't translated on Launchpad. Also not every project on Launchpad is translatable, only if the owner of the project give the posiblitity you can translate it, projects don't have to use all the Launchpad tools to develop, they can choose..
