where to report bugs in lubuntu?

Sorry for my ignorance but I'm NOT able to find out WHERE I can report bugs in Lubuntu?

I've started with webs as follows:
http://lubuntu.net/about
https://launchpad.net/~lubuntu-desktop

In vain.
It's really annoying.

I really cannot find WHERE (e.g. a link) I can report bugs for lubuntu.
Would you be so kind as to point out where is such information?

I'd say that page is completely useless (regarding my question).

As for the second link ( https://bugs.launchpad.net/~lubuntu-desktop ) I cannot see any "Enter a new ..." or "Report a new ..." or whatever similiar (I'm logged in).

What's wrong?

Well, this is a link for reporting bugs in ubuntu.

IMHO, it should have been mentioned more explicitly on those pages (above).
