Support for Ubuntu disco has ended two months ago, see https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Releases

I suggest you wipe the install off and do a clean install of Focal (Ubuntu 20.04). Focal is LTS and supported for 5 years. It is released next month but you will upgrade seamlessly into the release candidate with no configuration change needed

Disco support is EOL (End of life)
