17.04 login loop .Xauthority missing

I ran bleachbit and uninstalled some programs - restarted system to a login loop. CTRL+ALT+F1 got me to terminal - followed a few forum threads (don't think it's graphics card), and believe my problem is .Xauthority does not exist. Not highly skilled programmer, but I have gotten this far, any help with creating .Xauthority would be hot.

UPDATE: It appears that the entire home directory is missing. I've tried command usermod as sudo but user is "currently used by process 3546".

UPDATE2: Used command mkdir to add /home/"user"/.Xauthority but still no login capabilities.
