How do you use linuxDC++?

well i installed linux dc++. The problem i faced write now is my computer get slow.Secondly,the server to whom i want to connect is window user.I want to connect through linuxdc++ .Could i connect with window server dc++?

It doesn't matter what Operating System the host server uses. You can connect using the Windows DC++ client to a hub running Verlihub / Aquila on Linux, right? Why wouldn't you be able to connect using LinuxDC++ to a hub running YnHub? The protocol is the same, disregarding the Operating System. You can connect to any DC++ hubs using LinuxDC++.

I also want to thank the LinuxDC++ creators for this great port of DC++, you did a great job!
