gnome-shell loops, can't use ubuntu-bug

On Ubuntu 23.04 if I click on a not mounted partition listed in ubuntu dock partition does not open but system hang.
ubuntu dock is configured to show unmounted volumes.
I'm unable to use ubuntu-bug when problem occurs because system hang.
How do I document the problem? Thank you.
