Ubuntu Lunar kernel 6.1.0-14 allows X11 only

I installed kernel 6.1.0-14 from proposed on my Ubuntu Lunar. Kernel boots fine but:
does not allow selecting Wayland, starts with X11 only
starts with a wrong display resolution
does not allow WiFi (I have only wifi thru smantfone hotspot) so i can not open a bug from it.
should I open a bug? how?

I suggest you report a bug. You are using the proposed repository. This is for people who want to test new packages and report bugs. These aren't for production systems or casual users. If you run:

dpkg -l | grep ^ii | grep linux-image | awk {'print $2'}

You can see the package names. You can now run:

ubuntu-bug packagenamehere

Replace 'packagenamehere' with the actual package name and the process will begin

Can not open a bug from new kernel because i can't access internet, so i opened this bug:
