5.11.0-27 - No LAN, WiFi works

Since I updated to 5.11.0-27 my Linux Mint doesn't see the LAN, it sees only WiFi. Normally after 60 seconds or more LAN will appear and will automatically connect but sometimes it takes longer. Also, since to update to 5x kernel it takes 30-40 second for screen to appear after login. I see the mouse and can move it but it goes black screen for a while.
