If you use pavucontrol, does this help?
Revision history for this message

Hi
Thanks for your quick replies. I have tried that too but it didn’t work. It
worked only by downgrading the kernel. I’ve 5 of these systems with same
configuration and I fixed on two systems by downgrading the kernel.
But I want to get it fixed with newest kernel.
Thanks

Then why do you want to use the 5.3.0 kernel?

Hi
I want to get this bug fixed so that other community members using Ubuntu
can get help.
As a Linux admin myself, I can fix the things on my system but there might
be n numbers of users who might be facing the same issue.
So, If you can consider it as a bug and fix it at the kernel level, that
will help the linux community.
Thanks
