4.15.0.74 is not opening in intel pentium system

18.04 LTS 4.15.0-74 while booting throwing error tch.canonical-livepatchd. shutdown... it's not moving from this kindly help me to solve the above error in intel pentium processor and the system ubuntu is along with windows 10 in my system
