atomicpi poweroff watchdog bug

Hi, newest version of ubuntu (19.04) seems to having problem on shutdown and reboot on this boards;

When you shutdown or reboot the board it stuck and on tty appear:
watchdog: BUG: soft lockup - CPU#2 stuck for 23s! systemd shutdown
it repeat every 23 sec. Previous version of ubuntu working well
