Linux Mint is not supported by the Ubuntu community in any way.

Linux Mint has it's own community and support channels. I suggest you post here:
https://forums.linuxmint.com

None of the "Ubuntu based" distributions are supported by the Ubuntu community.

This is one of the most common problems of most of the user and didn't know the proper easy way to solve out the issue, I was also facing the same issue after that I know the proper way on https://www.routersupports.co/belkin-support/ it's really easy and useful. I think it's also helpful to you to solve this issue quickly.

Can you help with this problem?
