14.10 LTS USB device failure, inux version 3.16.0-23-generic (buildd@phianna) (gcc version 4.9.1 (Ubuntu 4.9.1-16ubuntu6) ) #31-Ubuntu SMP Tue Oct 21 17:56:17 UTC 2014 (Ubuntu 3.16.0-23.31-generic 3.16.4)
When reset the USB 3.0 Device, Will intermittent happen all Usb port non-function, Must reboot will back to normal.
But if try reset USB 3.0 device again, issue will be happen again.
When issue happen the Syslog shows:
