Hello,

the bugs you have linked here are way too old. Also the very same bug reports have a link to upstream (kernel in this case). The upstream bugs have been closed either as obsolete / fixed ...etc.

The bugs here in Launchpad, in general, are depended in "Importance" and in the heat. More heat means more notice from the developers. If the "importance" is set to "critical" or/and "high" this also matters independent of the heat level.
