Does anyone know if there is any chance of seeing this bugfix In Ubuntu kernel 3.13.0?

tty: Fix pty master poll() after slave closes v2
(Bugfix Introduced in 3.16.0-32.42)

Thnx, sorry for missing this, but it was bug reported before but expired (attached). But I’m wondering if it is going to be picked up in Ubuntu 3.13 kernel (as it was picked up Ubuntu 3.16).
