newest update in 12.10 is causing kernel panic on 3/4 of startups

After latest update I get kernel panic almost everytime I try to start up. I have to startup with previous version. Previous version had no problems at all.

Use the older kernel (previous Linux Versions) and I suggest to report a bug

OR

wait about 2 months (If I remember correctly) for a newer kernel to comes out.
