Stop working ubuntu 12.10 after upgrade to new Kernel 3.5.0-18

Hi Dears.
today after upgrade ubuntu 12.10 to new kernel 3.5.0-18 show this bug at kernel:

If you hold shift at boot and select the other kernel, is it ok?

My issue with this insane update is my Broadcom wireless card is not working anymore: No Internet. What happened???
(I booted to the previous version, but I cannot update nor intall anything like this).
What can I do?????

Disable the driver, then re-enable the driver. Should help. You can use a wired connection to make things simpler.
