adding back kernel flavour 386

Asked by Benjamin Eberhardt

Dear Ubuntu community,

up to Lucid Ubuntu contained a Kernel optimised for i486 processors as I can see from here:

https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Kernel/Dev/Flavours

I operate some alix boards with ubutnu which only run with this kernel and I'd love to see this flavour back in the distro. Otherwise I'd have to switch back to debian.

Where could I direct this question to? Is there any chance to see this realised?

Thank you,
Benjamin
