ubuntu 12.04 reboots with Xen 4.1 kernel

I'm trying server edition beta2 fully upgraded but when I boot with Xen kernel, machine become very unstable. When try to copy some big file by network it reboots also from time to time reboots without any reason, also console some times works, but mostly don't. With generic kernel no such issues.
