But How can i install it ?

The DVD is of zero value to you as it is for Windows, Ubuntu is not Windows, it is a GNU distribution of Linux.

i use the code to install the driver
hg clone http://mercurial.intuxication.org/hg/s2-liplianin/
cd s2-liplianin
make
make install
reboot

now how can i check if it is ok ?
