Kworker thread consuming 100% CPU

Hi,
I am currently working on ubuntu 11.10 and facing issues with mouse freezing.
on crosschecking i have found that there are 2 Kworker thread which is consuming 100% CPU and during that time only
mouse freeze is happening.
Please help to get this resolved.
