reiserfs missing in virtual kernel image

The last releases of linux-image-x.y.z-virtual packages are all missing ReiserFS support in the kernel. There's already a bug report from April - but i wonder why hardly anyone else noticed this so far. Is there maybe a reason why it was removed?

I suggest you report a bug so it gets added, or the devs will say why it was removed.
