bluetooth usb adapter issues in ubuntu 10.10

cirago usb bluetooth adapter not working like it should in meerkat maverick, can download from phone to pc but cannot upload files to phone.

error messages as follows:

connection refused (111).

unable to find service record.

it works very fine in ubuntu 10.04 lucid.

sorry I was wrong, it does the same thing in 10.04 so I think its not a bug, I think it have something to do with the phone software not accepting files from computer, so I will mark this as solved!
