As I wrote earlier (#96), I experienced the same problem with Ubuntu 10.04 and Fedora 13 (which runs now on my system). Adding kernel bootparameter acpi_sleep=s3_bios solved my issues. My Netbook resumes from suspend since weeks and three kernel updates.
