I don't understand how the bisect did identify it as the source of the problem. Except if there was some kind of error when patching the ubuntu kernel package to mimic it.

To go further wiyh the last remarks, fdcc4c22b commit (https:/ /github. com/torvalds/ linux/commit/ fdcc4c22b7ab20e 90b97f8bc6225d8 76b72b8f16 is just the addition of a new device hw caps (PCI_DEVICE(0x1002, 0xab30). I doubt it can be the culprit.
