For anyone googling, I can confirm that my Thinkpad X1 Yoga Gen4 with intel AC 9560 wifi card has no wifi with 5.3.0-29+ but does work with 5.4.0-17

* 5.3.0-28: wifi works
* 5.3.0-40,43,45,46: wifi does not work
* 5.4.0-17: wifi works
