Since James pointed out a solution, let us test if this workaround can fix the noise of headphone on your machine?

After you heard the noise from headphone, run "sudo hda-verb /dev/snd/hwC0D0 0x1d SET_PIN_WIDGET_CONTROL 0x0" in the terminal. Then can you still hear the noise?
